1-2 Medium Size Bitter Melon,melon diet
2 Large Eggs

¼ Cup Of Sliced Onions
1 Tablespoon Of Minced Garlic
¼ Cup Of Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Of Rock Salt
Salt And Pepper To Taste
First, melon diet cut bitter melon in half (lengthwise) and remove the seeds and the white meat in the inside.
Then slice thinly. Soak the bitter melon in 2 tablespoonful of rock salt with 2 to 3 cups of Luke warm water for about 5 minutes, mash and rinse well.
